For events over 30 people, trailer bathrooms are available.

For events under 30 people, you may use the bathrooms on the property.

Balcony, 2 dressing rooms, and gazebo are located on the property.

Large canvas tent available for front yard if needed.

Parking is available in driveway, street, and for larger events there is a school parking lot located only a block away.

Extra foldable picnic tables with umbrellas are available for backyard.

Catering is supplied through Of The Vine Events and Catering if needed. You are also welcome to bring your own food or catering company.
